Position Highlights & Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours per week; Days and Evenings
- 8-hour shifts with flexible start times: 0700, 0900, 1100, and 1500
- Weekend rotation as needed
- On-call and holiday coverage based on skill set and department needs
- Floating required within the Operating Room as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of recent, relevant Operating Room experience
- Strong neuro and orthopedic (totals and trauma) background required, including Neuro-specific call
- Experience supporting da Vinci procedures, total joints, urology, genuro, and peripheral vascular cases
- Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification (required upon submission)
- Current American Heart Association BLS
- Willingness to train and mentor new staff as needed
Role Responsibilities
- Circulate and/or scrub for neuro, ortho, genitourinary, vascular, and robotic-assisted procedures
- Participate in call as necessary for neuro cases
- Float to support teams in other surgical specialties as departmental needs arise
